You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 26m. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each player may hold only one registered account on 26m. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be suspended without notice. All balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Misuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting or bonus abuse — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

Each player may register and hold only one (1) Account on the 26m Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration. 26m accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you.
If you believe your Account has been compromised, or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify 26m immediately via live chat or by contacting our support team. 26m will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification.
26m reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at our sole discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility criteria have not been met, or that registration is associated with fraudulent or abusive intent.

26m reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, 26m reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure by the Player — any remaining cleared Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of any dispute between you and 26m arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body.
Nothing in this clause restricts your rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of Malaysia to the extent that such laws cannot be contractually excluded.
